For NFL WAG Sydney Warner, football season is about as busy as it can get this year.

With her husband, San Francisco 49ers linebacker Fred Warner, Sydney already has one kid under two — her son Beau — and now, the couple has another on the way!

She's due with her second child, a girl, at the beginning of next year (right before the Super Bowl!), but despite everything going on in her life, she has managed to keep things about as under control as she can with a "wild toddler" at home, she jokes.

Compared to her first pregnancy, Sydney says that this pregnancy has "flown by."

Luckily for the soon-to-be girl mom, she recently partnered with Pampers on their Pampers Cruisers 360°™ with E-Z Off Tabs, which she says is a "dream partnership" because it's reflective of how her real life is shaping up at this phase.

For a mom with a busy little one on the go, she admits that this phase of life is a little "exhausting" as she gets closer and closer to her due date.

"It is nonstop," she tells PEOPLE. "I think it's one of those things that you just accept, this is what reality is right now."

The football season took a turn for the Warners after Fred suffered a dislocated and broken right ankle in the 49ers' match-up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 6.

"Me and Fred even talked about how we're gonna look back at this and be like, 'Wow, I was so pregnant. You were so injured,'" she laughs. "Like, we had the craziest most wild toddler ever and we got through it. We can do anything, really."

As she gears up to welcome another baby, Sydney says she's loved watching how Beau gets involved in football season.

"His favorite thing to say right now is, 'Go Niners,'" she laughs. "Dad's teaching him all the things, so he's gonna be an expert one day, fingers crossed."

Sydney says Beau even knows when the family pulls up to the stadium, explaining how he gets "so excited in the car" when Santa Clara's Levi Stadium comes into view.

"This is our life, so it only makes sense for him to know that this is our normal for right now," she says. "[It's] a really big blessing."

It doesn't hurt that, aside from being excited about dad's job, Beau's also excited to be a big brother.

"He kisses the belly," Sydney laughs. "He definitely gets it. I don't know if he'll understand that once she gets here, she's staying and she's not leaving. "So that will be a transition, but I think he'll love it. I think having a sibling is like the greatest gift you can give your child at the end of the day."

Getting prepped to have her daughter is like "starting over," Sydney admits, but she says that having her fellow 49ers WAGs to lean on for support as she gets nearer to the birth has been a bright spot.

"It's the best community you could imagine," she says of the other significant others on the team. "We have a weekly Bible study. We have little get-togethers."

"It's just so nice having like a, a tribe of women with children, some without, some that are girlfriends, fiancés, wives," she gushes. "This is such a niche job for your husband or coach or anyone on the staff, so it's a very particular situation to be in. And being able to have community is just of women is just like the best."

She's been in the organization for a while now. The pair met back in 2020, after Fred found Sydney on Instagram.

She tells PEOPLE that her advice for fellow WAGs, especially those newer to the scene, is to "be open."

"Always [put] yourself out there and just [be] involved as much as you can because there's so much within this organization that they give to us to be able to be close," she says.

"I was definitely so shy in the beginning because you're young and you just don't know everything," she says. "Being confident and making these connections because you are gonna possibly be around these women for the next eight to 10 years. Take advantage of it."
