Kathy Hilton Defies Age in Cleavage-Baring Lace Minidress While Cozying Up to Husband Rick

Kathy Hilton is hunky-dory and hot!

In celebration of her wedding anniversary with husband, Rick Hilton, the designer and socialite, 66, decided to show some skin in one of her sexiest looks yet.

The outfit in question: a daring lace little black dress with long sleeves and a cleavage-baring neckline that accentuated her statement necklace. She also wore black pumps and her blonde hair in voluminous curls.

Kathy, who's been making headlines for her quirky fashion choices recently (read: leaving the security tags on her clothes), showed off her date-night fashions on Instagram with an age-defying photo also featuring 70-year-old Rick posing next to his love in a white suit.

"Happy Anniversary to my forever date @rickhilton7 #loml," wrote the Bravo star, who also posted a throwback video of the two captioned with, "Blessed to spend another year with the love of my life. Happy Anniversary @rickhilton7."

The Hiltons wed on Nov. 24, 1979, when Kathy was 20 years old. They went on to welcome four children together: Paris, 44, Nicky, 42, Barron, 36, and Conrad, 31.

In 2024, Kathy said in an interview with PEOPLE that the secret to their long-lasting relationship is simply spending time together. “We have not been away from each other for two weeks in [all our] years of marriage," she revealed.

“I don't think you go to bed without saying, ‘I love you,’ and giving each other a kiss and never in a fight or anything,” she continued. “If you have had a disagreement, you always make up before you go to sleep and keep a little mystery and always keep it exciting and fun.”

That year, Kathy and Rick took their love abroad to commemorate their 45th wedding anniversary. She told PEOPLE last December that the two flew to London, where they enjoyed a traditional Thanksgiving meal, and Paris after her annual pajama party at their Los Angeles home.

Reflecting on life with the the real estate mogul, the reality star said that two have really have built their love story on being "best friends."

"And, I was just saying to someone, getting married so young like that — I was 19 and he was 23 — [the key is] just keeping the right people around you, the right influences and being around other couples who are happy [and] have the same values as you."
