  • Hudson announced on Nov. 24 that she would be "suing" Torre, who has reported about her and her boyfriend, Bill Belichick, numerous times

Jordon Hudson is clarifying any inaccuracies surrounding her birth date.

The 24-year-old pushed back against sports reporter Pablo Torre’s claims that she lied about her age on a University of North Carolina form on the same day that she announced that she would be “suing” him.

Torre claimed in a post on X dated back in May 2025 that Hudson filled out an “online form” for her birth date inaccurately, adding that it did not have a "preset or scrollable options.” He added, “This was the sort of thing where you type the information yourself and send it in.”

However, Hudson responded to the claim, writing on X on Monday, Nov. 24, that she “did not fill out any UNC internal documents or forms pertaining to the family directory.” She also attached screenshots of the conversations she had with a UNC staff member regarding the issue.

In the first screenshot, the staff member could be seen asking Hudson her “birthday” in an email, to which the 24-year-old responded, “My birthday is April 3rd.” It appeared that she did not include her birth year in the message.

In a second screenshot, Hudson could be seen asking the same staff member what birth year she wrote for her in the staff directory, as there was a “widely publicized report” that she had “written an incorrect birth year on an internal UNC document.”

The staff member replied that she had incorrectly “put 2000” as Hudson’s birth year, noting that she “guessed” at the time and eventually “updated it” during her last edit, as she “noticed that wasn’t right.”

The former beauty pageant queen alleged in her message on X that this was “one of MANY inaccurate and materially defamatory reports about me by Pablo Torre.”

PEOPLE has reached out to Torre for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.

The same day, Hudson shared an Instagram post with a selfie showing an "all access" pass printed with her name after watching her boyfriend Bill Belichick, 73, coach his UNC football team's final home game. She also wore a necklace with the words “banned.”

"P.S. I’m suing you @pstorre," the former college cheerleader wrote, calling out the Pablo Torre Finds Out podcast host directly.

Shortly after, he replied to her claim with a post on X, writing, "I assume this means you’re declining my invitation to be a guest on @pablofindsout? Either way, I look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Pablo.”

This isn’t the first time Hudson has called out Torre for alleged misinformation about her. In May, the sports podcaster released an episode during which he recounted his investigation of infamous security footage that showed Belichick shirtless outside of a home. Torre claimed that the video was actually recorded at an Airbnb that the football legend rented with Hudson in 2023.

After the podcast episode went live, the New England native slammed Torre, who has made several reports about the couple over the course of their relationship, on her Instagram Stories.

"Pablo Torre's 'findings' have been nothing short of factually incorrect, slanderous, defamatory and targeted. Can y'all please stop giving credibility to this 'reporter'?" wrote Hudson at the time.
