Jason Kelce will have his hands full this Thanksgiving!

The 38-year-old retired NFL star discussed his Thanksgiving plans on the Nov. 26 episode of New Heights, admitting that the holiday will be “a long day” as he will be hosting with his wife Kylie, while also looking after their four kids.

“Are you ready to host the crew?” Jason’s brother and co-host, Travis Kelce, asked him.

“We got Kylie’s family, we have four kids. So I'm going to have to be wrestling these kids. I don't know,” Jason said of his daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finnley, 7 months.

“There we go. That's what I'm talking about,” said Travis, 36. “All fours. Get on all fours. Just start wrestling,” he joked.

“Dude, it's gonna be a long day,” said Jason. “Just start wearing them down,” Travis advised.

Jason shared later on the podcast that he is “useless” when it comes to helping out with the kids on Thanksgiving.

“I'm just a huge inconvenience on Thanksgiving because Kylie and her mom are making everything,” he said. “And instead of just, like, watching the kids, I go next door and fry a turkey with [my dad] Ed. So for an hour of the day, I'm just completely useless and making an extra turkey that we don't need.”

Elsewhere on the episode, Jason revealed that he was currently 36 hours into a 48-hour fast leading up to Thanksgiving, after agreeing to do it with former Dallas Cowboys football player Marcus Spears.

When Travis asked why he agreed to it, Jason replied, “This is what happens when you retire. You f—ing do stupid s— like this.”

The former Philadelphia Eagles player went on to note that his fast would be over by Thanksgiving morning, quipping, " I might eat a whole turkey by myself by that point."

“I'm not gonna do it for Thanksgiving. I'm gonna eat my face off on Thanksgiving,” said Jason. “I just feel bad about myself because I was at Disney World and ate a bunch of freaking egg rolls and a bunch of other things that probably aren't the best …”

“Then I went to Wisconsin and shoved the prime rib and an ice cream drink down my face and wings, and the weight's been going up. So, yeah, we're going on a fast,” he added.

Jason's latest fast comes after he appeared to have lost weight in recent months after embarking on health journey.
